Starbucks Charity Day

Team Brother Bear was invited to join Starbucks along with several other local charities and non-profit organizations to participate in Charity Day. Starbucks charity day was a success in raising awareness and mingling amongst our community.

Team Brother Bear - The Mission Continues

The weekend after our Team Brother Bear Garage Sale, TBB took over the Streets in Roncesvalles, Toronto to sell the remaining BBQ items so they wouldn't go to waste. After an afternoon of fantastic jingles, a little dance and tasty BBQ snacks, Team Brother Bear raised an extra $100!!

Thank you to everyone who came out to volunteer and gave their time...
to everyone that baked some delicious goodies....
to everyone that donated items from things to sell to the tents that sheltered us from the rain.

It is because of you that we were able to make this second BBQ just as successful and as amazing as last year. Without your support none of this would be possible and we cannot stress enough how grateful we are.

Team Brother Bear's Second Donation to b.r.a.i.n.child

On July 12th 2oo9, Team Brother Bear presented a cheque of $15,000 to the b.r.a.i.n.child foundation at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. This will be our second donation this year and is a huge accomplishment for TBB. We would like to take a moment and thank everyone who has helped make our mission possible.


Jade DiCicco of the Sick Kids Foundation presented Team Brother Bear with a plaque stating that we are now officially recognized by the Sick Kids Foundation.

Second Annual Garage Sale & BBQ

This year we are taking it to the next level. We have received a permit to turn this Garage Sale into a Street Party with a series of family friendly events scheduled to happen in Oakville on July 11th 2009.

WE NEED YOUR HELP:
To ensure the success of last year we need your help, Team Brother Bear is c o l l e c t i n g donations that we could sell for this event.

We are here to help with your spring cleaning and looking for anything from Furniture, clothing, electronics, Decorative Stuff , Toys, Books, Movies, CD's.... Whatever you can think of or want to get rid of, Donate to an amazing cause!

We are also accepting food donations– Burgers, Pop, Freezies, Baked Goods whatever you can think of, if you bring it we will sell it and every single thing is appreciated.

If you cannot drop off your dontation, Pick up may be possible.
